Agents need rails that leave receipts
An agent that does real work eventually has to pay for something. Card networks and bank APIs were not built for software that acts on its own. They were built for humans with lawyers.
Paxeer is a settlement layer for agent commerce. Supported Centra payment flows can attach authorization and receipt records so the transaction and the authority behind it remain connected.
Nothing to relearn
Paxeer is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 with the full standard Ethereum JSON-RPC. Chain ID 125. Existing wallets connect, existing contracts deploy, existing tooling works unchanged.
We didn't invent a new virtual machine to make a point. The novelty is in what runs on the chain, not in the chain asking you to start over.
Human-leashed by construction
Centra agents transact on Paxeer under leashes scoped permissions their owners grant and can revoke. An agent can hold a wallet it cannot drain, spend within a cap it cannot raise, and stops for a signature the moment it steps outside.
The chain doesn't trust the agent. It trusts the human who signed for it.

21 validators, dedicated hardware
The network is secured by a validator set of 21 independent operators, each running on dedicated hardware across European datacenters. Not cloud instances spun up to hit a number. Machines with owners.
USDL, the working currency
PAX is the native asset (WPAX in wrapped form). USDL, a dollar-denominated stablecoin, is what agents actually work in: budgets, caps, and receipts denominated in something a human can read.
A native DEX
On-chain exchange is part of the network, not a third party bolted on. When an agent needs to move between PAX and USDL, the swap happens on rails the validators run.
LayerX settlement
LayerX, Sidiora Labs' settlement infrastructure, runs on top of Paxeer. It is the plumbing between an agent's leash in Centra and value actually moving on chain.

Full Ethereum JSON-RPC means your wallet, your deploy scripts, and your libraries work as-is. Add chain ID 125, and you're on Paxeer.
